Chandler Creek is an expansive neighborhood located south of Old Settlers Blvd. and is split over A.W. Grimes Blvd., bordered by Rock Hollow Park on the West and reaches nearly to Old Settlers Park on the east. Chandler Creek has a wide variety of homes built over a 20 year span and the well-established neighborhood is loaded with amenities. The neighborhood is split between Villages of Chandler Creek, Lantana Chandler Creek and the overall Chandler Creek. All three sections share the neighborhood amenities.

Although the neighborhood is loaded with amenities for the residents, the real highlight of this neighborhood is its excellent location to work and play. With easy access to both Old Settlers Blvd. and A.W. Grimes Blvd, residents can quickly get to IH 35 or Toll Road 45 for a quick commute to Austin or Cedar Park. Shopping is easy, as the neighborhood is located just down the street from an HEB Plus and is only a short drive away from the Round Rock Outlets and surrounding retailers. Residents have easy access to IKEA, the Bass Pro Outlet and the Randall’s Town Center.

Seton Medical Williamson is located just two miles away and a Scott and White Hospital is a short drive down University Blvd. from there. Residents looking to further their education are conveniently located near Texas State University Round Rock Campus, Austin Community College and the Texas A&M Health Science Center.

Quick access to downtown Round Rock is an added bonus, where residents can dine at unique locally-owned restaurants and pubs, or attend the many community events held throughout the year.

Homes in Chandler Creek

Due to the span of time that homes were built in the area, home styles and sizes in Chandler Creek vary widely, as do price. There are smaller homes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath that start around 1,200 square feet up to larger homes with nearly 3,300 square feet. A select few have 5 or 6 bedrooms. Home prices range from the upper $100s to the mid $200s. Most of the homes have a 2 car garage and some of the bigger homes will have two or three living areas.

Chandler Creek Amenities

Residents of Chandler Creek have access in the eastern section to a large swimming pool, playgrounds, sand volley ball court, basketball court, tennis court, soccer and football field, softball field, walking trails, and a covered pavilion. The covered pavilion and sports fields can be reserved by residents for special occasions. The western section of Chandler Creek has the Rock Hollow Park, with a short walking trail and playscape. Additionally, the HOA community plans events throughout the year for residents to enjoy.

The neighborhood also has benefits being located near:

  • Historic Round Rock Downtown Community, with events held throughout the year
  • Convenient commute with nearby Interstate Highway 35, Texas 45 Toll Road, and Texas 130 Toll Road and local companies such as Dell
  • Nearby Old Settlers Park which has playgrounds, hike and bike nature trails, baseball and softball fields, disc golf course, duck pond, numerous pavilions and several events held throughout the year
  • Several Institutions of higher learning including Austin Community College Round Rock Campus, Texas State University and Texas A&M Health Science Center.

Chandler Creek Schools

Students of Cat Hollow attend schools in the exemplary Round Rock ISD and are minutes away from both Great Oaks Elementary and Cedar Valley Middle School. Established in 1913, Round Rock ISD is rapidly becoming one of the most highly regarded school districts in Central Texas.

Residents of Chandler Creek attend schools in the highly desired Round Rock ISD. Students in this much-desired neighborhood have two possible elementary schools depending on location in the neighborhood, both a short drive away. Hopewell Middle School is also conveniently located a short drive away. Stony Point High School offers several highly recognized programs including the International Baccalaureate program, recognized for preparing students for more rigorous studies in college.
