Mira Vista is a separate, high-end section of the Behrens Ranch community, located in northwest Round Rock. It consists of only three streets with less than 50 lots total. The neighborhood is known for its opulent homes on large lots, affording residents quiet and privacy.
Though physically separated by Round Rock’s sweeping 223-acre Behrens Ranch Park, Mira Vista is considered to be a part of the larger Behrens Ranch neighborhood, a 500-acre master-planned community of nearly 1000 homes, with family-friendly amenities like playgrounds and community pools.
The Mira Vista section offers access to acres of natural green space with walking trails, and the amenity center with clubhouse and pool in Behrens Ranch is only minutes away. Children attend Round Rock’s highly rated schools, including Cactus Ranch Elementary, which has achieved an “Exemplary” rating from the Texas Education Agency. Development of the Behrens Ranch community began in 2000, and continued through 2013.
Mira Vista is located approximately one mile west of I-35, north of Old Settler’s Boulevard. The neighborhood’s only streets are Camino Del Verdes, Court Delray, and Camino Del Verdes Place. The boundaries of the neighborhood are Old Settler’s Boulevard to the south and Creek Bend Boulevard to the east, and the Behrens Ranch Park makes up the northern and western borders of Mira Vista. It lies within the 78681 zip code.
