Avery Ranch provides five community centers, including its main amenity center with three pools, including a junior-sized Olympic lap pool, a kids’ beach pool, and a tanning pool, as well as meeting rooms and pavilions. Multiple parks are distributed throughout the neighborhood, featuring playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, a climbing wall, and an outdoor amphitheater. Avery Ranch is also connected by miles of hike and bike trails that give you numerous options to explore the beautiful natural wilderness, including the 89-acre Brushy Creek Lake Park, with its 38-acre lake, a water-splash park, pavilions, and much more. Just north of the neighborhood lies the popular 50-acre Twin Lakes Park, which gives residents easy access to an archery range, outdoor education center, ropes course, and multi-purpose sports fields.  Also close by is the Brushy Creek Sports Park, a 54-acre area with skate park, disc golf, and sports fields.
