Mesa Park is a neighborhood that is excellent for families due to its proximity to elementary, middle and high school, as well as beautiful outdoor parks and excellent options for retail. The Mesa Park neighborhood is bordered by Highway 79 to the south and Bowman Rd. to the north and is just west of Sunrise Road.

Just minutes from IH 35, residents have an easy commute to the local companies in Round Rock or even nearby Austin and Georgetown.  Shopping is easy, as the neighborhood is located just down the street from an HEB Plus and is only a short drive away from the Round Rock Outlets and surrounding retailers. Residents have easy access to IKEA, the Bass Pro Outlet, and the La Frontera Shopping Center which includes a Target, Lowes, Home Depot and Walmart.

Quick access to downtown Round Rock is an added bonus, where residents can dine at unique locally-owned restaurants and pubs, or attend the many community events held throughout the year. Outdoor lovers are close by to Dell Diamond as well as the sprawling Old Settlers Park, with a myriad of outdoor activities available.

Homes in Mesa Park are predominately single story and generally range from 1,300 to 2,000 sq ft in size.  With more compact floor plans, homes in this area generally have 3 bedrooms (although some have four bedrooms) and 2 bath rooms. Home prices range from the low 100s up to $200K. Most of the homes have a 2 car garage.

Residents of Mesa Park attend schools in the highly desired Round Rock ISD.  Students in this neighborhood attend Vic Robertson Elementary School, which is just over .5 mile away. Robert P. Hernandez Middle School is also conveniently located nearby. Stony Point High School offers several highly recognized programs including the International Baccalaureate program, recognized for preparing students for more rigorous studies in college.
