Construction on these homes began in 2014 and continues through 2016. The Park at Legends Village offers buyers a “lock and leave” lifestyle, as the landscaping is low maintenance for front and back yards as mowing and edging are covered by the homeowners association. The private, gated entrance gives residents security and peace of mind. Chandler’s Creek runs along the north side of the community, and developers have plans to include seven acres of private parkland with hike and bike trails and picnic areas, including portions with ADA walking trails.

This makes the Park at Legends Village a great option for seniors and for families with loved ones with special needs.
