The Round Rock Ranch neighborhood, located 2.5 miles east of IH-35 off Gattis School Road in east Round Rock, is an ideal location for those seeking an active community with elegant homes. This master-planned community has nearly 700 families, an elementary school conveniently located within the neighborhood, and loads of nearby amenities.

Commuters love the location of Round Rock Ranch, with easy access to Toll Roads 130 and 45.  H-E-B Grocery Store, Randall’s Market and Walgreens Pharmacy are just down the road. In nearby Pflugerville, shopping is convenient at the Stone Hill Shopping Center that includes a Target, Home Store, and Cinemark Movie Theater. Students in Round Rock Ranch attend Round Rock ISD schools, which is comprised of over 30 elementary schools, 10 middle schools and 5 high schools. Over 45,000 students attend the schools in the district, which stretches into North Austin and parts of Cedar Park.

One of the highlights of the lovely Round Rock Ranch neighborhood is its proximity to both the elementary and high school.  Gattis Elementary is located within the neighborhood and Cedar Ridge High School and just south of the subdivision across Gattis School Road. Ridgeview Middle School is just a short drive away.  Cedar Ridge High School focuses on a learning environment that respects all cultures, celebrates achievement, and promotes citizenship in an ever-changing global community.
