The Settlement is a subdivision of well-established homes that sit south of Old Settlers Blvd and just west of Sunrise Road. Residents of The Settlement attend schools in the highly desired Round Rock ISD.  Students in this neighborhood attend Union Hill Elementary, located a short drive away. Hernandez Middle School is also conveniently located just under a mile away on Sunrise Road. Stony Point High School offers several highly recognized programs including the International Baccalaureate program, recognized for preparing students for more rigorous studies in college.
